Everything listed, plus "morning" and "evening" check-ins, 30 minute response window during work hours, and 12 hours of silent working sessions per month.

Best for: owners who lose whole days, not individual tasks. If the pattern is starting Monday with a plan and reaching Friday without touching it, this is the tier.

Weekly Service

Intake session, 4 hours of silent working sessions per month with a defined agenda, beginning of week check-in, end of week check-in, environmental redesign, and monthly review.

Best for: owners who stall on a few specific things and can hold the rest.

Daily Service

Ongoing operational and administrative support on retainer, so the recurring work stops landing on you by default.

What's included:

     + Inbox management and triage

     + Calendar and scheduling coordination

     + Travel planning and logistics

+ Vendor, client, and appointment coordination

+ Recurring administrative tasks handled on a set cadence

+ Every recurring task documented as it is handled, so the process exists in writing and not just in my head

+ Monthly check-in on what is working and what should be added or dropped

Best for: founders and small teams who need consistent operational support without the cost or commitment of a full time hire.

Please note, this service is a monthly retainer, billed at the start of each cycle. Cancel with 60 days written notice before your next billing date.

What you are buying is a system, not just an extra set of hands. Anything I do more than once gets written down, so the work stays repeatable whether I am the one doing it or someone on your team takes it over later.

A structured onboarding path so every new hire learns the same version of the job.

What's included:

+ Role-by-role breakdown of what a new hire needs and when

+ Sequenced onboarding plan with checkpoints

+ Reference materials the new hire can use without interrupting a colleague

+ Manager-facing checklist for each phase

+ Internal knowledge base structure for ongoing use

Best for: teams where onboarding happens by shadowing, where ramp time is longer than it should be, or where turnover means training is a recurring cost.

Onboarding is habit formation under time pressure. The sequence puts the highest leverage behaviors first, before a new hire builds their own workarounds.

Documented processes for the work your business cannot afford to have done differently every time.

What's included:

+ Process discovery interviews with the people doing the work

+ Workflow mapping for each documented process

+ Written SOPs with step sequences, decision points, and handoffs

+ Formatting built for reference during the task, not reading start to finish

+ One revision round after your team tests the drafts

Best for: teams where one person holds most of the operational knowledge, or where the same task gets done a different way depending on who is doing it.

Written at the level of detail your team will realistically follow on a busy day, because a process that takes more effort than the workaround will lose to the workaround.

Signature Support

Structured accountability for business owners who know exactly what to do yet still cannot get themselves to do it consistently.

I spent ten years in special education, including a master's focused on behavioral disorders and administration at a public school network. That work was building external structure for students whose brains would not supply it on demand. This service is the same work applied to adult workloads.

What's included:

+ Intake session to identify where follow-through actually breaks down

+ Check-ins answering what must happen, should happen, & what are you avoiding today?

+ Check-ins answering what got done, what did not, what is blocking you, and a reset

+ On-demand support during work hours with a 30 minute response window, text or call to get a stuck task moving

+ Silent working sessions for the tasks you keep deferring. I stay on, you work.

+ Environmental and system redesign so the task requires less activation to start

+ External executive function scaffolding, built around how you actually work

+ Monthly review of what held, what did not, and what needs to change

Best for: owners who lose time to task initiation, have struggles with executive functioning, context switching, and unfinished projects. Especially useful if you have already tried planners, apps, and productivity systems that worked for about a week.

This is not cheerleading and it is not clinical support. It is behavior design applied to your own workload. The premise is that if you keep failing to start something, the task is structured wrong, not you.

Monthly retainer with a 90-day minimum, then month to month with 30 days written notice. The minimum exists because follow-through systems take time to hold, and because consistency is the whole product. One month doesn't give you enough information, but after 90 days, you have data and you are on your way to building habits resulting in behavior change.
